Organic Golden Sumatra
Certified Organic and Fair Trade. Rich and flavorful with earthy tones representative of the way in which this coffee is processed. Because it is un-washed and spread out to dry, this coffee is given the chance to absorb the earthy and grainy notes that give Sumatra its distinct cup character. The particular Sumatra we have been buying is a Grade 1 from the Gayo region. A bit less pungent with a slightly fuller body, (mouthfeel) than our darker-roasted Dark Sumatra.
